I bought this as a supplement for my gut. I have stomach ulcer and used to take antacids almost daily for heartburn. Personally, I have seen some improvement over 3 weeks of usage (please consult a professional before any treatment). The product itself is as described and it's very good for its price.

I used to have irritable bowel disease and bad breath. Couldn't figure out what caused the bad breath and then figured out it was part of irritable bowel disease. Drank coconut kefir, cut out sugar in my diet and took this supplement which brought my gut back to normal. It also helps to keep me regular.

This is a fluffy powder and a little messy scooping it out but it seems to be good quality and I feel it is working. I switched to this instead of Pure brand because of price and quality and I am not disappointed. I'm using it to heal from 3 rounds of Cdiff. I had a lapse in between the time that I ran out of Pure and ordered this and experienced belly pain but since starting this for a few days the pain is little to none. It takes a long time to heal your gut. I will be using this for a very long time!

it says unflavoured but to me it has a very strong and unpleasant flavor
