This is a great series that is usually passed over when talking about Batman cartoons. Enjoyed at its time but seemingly forgotten, get this and find out what makes this a great Batman series!

Well I’m happy,I’ve been impatiently waiting for this to come out.back in October of last year I was looking at getting the individual seasons dvd but then I saw that it was coming out on blu-ray and decided to wait for it’s release and boy am I glad I did. I can’t tell you if the color are brighter or not as I haven’t watched it in years and just watching the first episode I remembered why I loved this show when I was a kid. Personally I think anyone who likes Batman will like this show kid or adult. One of the thing I like about the show is that begins when Bruce is just starting out as Batman, the first episode is the third anniversary of Bruce being Batman. All of the dvds are identical, as seen in the pictures the slipcace and dvd cover art are the same front and back. The dvd comes with a .pamphlet with an episode guide on the inside sadly the Batman vs Dracula movie is not included which is a bummer but hopefully WB will release it on blu-ray. Oh one last thing and something else I’m really happy about is it comes in 16x9 format so it fills my entire tv screen which is something I was wondering about

I was such a huge fan of this series when it was on that I bought each season as it was originally released to DVD including the feature film "The Batman Vs Dracula." when I discovered Warner Bros. re-released this series on Blu-ray I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I did notice the Blu-ray was in widescreen so I did a side by side comparison to the DVD which are 4:3 Full Frame as I was worried the picture was cropped from 4:3 to fit the 16:9 Widescreen format; and man, the Blu-ray is de facto Widescreen!! I also noticed all 5 seasons are just lumped together with nothing to let viewers know where one season ends and the next one begins, so I shall list them here:Season One: Episodes 1 - 13Season Two: Episodes 14 - 26Season Three: Episodes 27 - 39Season Four: Episodes 40 - 52Season Five: Episodes 53 - 65NOTE: I too am disappointed in Warner Bros move to NOT include the feature film "The Batman Vs Dracula" with this set, but alas; at least I still have my DVD copy after all these years. Hopefully somewhere down the line I do hope there is eventually a Blu-ray release of the feature film Warner Bros, hint-hint, wink-wink.

I remember watching this show from my childhood, it got me into the DC universe and made Batman my favorite DC superhero, I'm happy I bought it so I can watched the show again
