Great for moca
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Worked very well to split my modem and moca adapter. I am using the asus moca adapter with a netgear modem. I was worried this splitter would have ruined my signal but everything appears to be runnign smooth still. Highly reccomend for moca!

Works as advertised but packaging will slice you open!
Worked as expected when adding an additional tuner to my antenna. I did not measure insertion loss but imagine it's 3.5dB or so. Knocked down 1 star because of the very frustrating packaging. This comes in an especially thick clamshell that results in sharp edges when attempting to retrieve the product.

Ok, It's A Splitter Don't Get Excited
Purchased two different splitters to replace one I felt was failing - purchased this one a GE and a RCA ...To be perfectly honest, if you put them with tape over them I wouldn't be able to tell the difference which probably tells me they are mass manufactured ...That being said, I had a high SNR on my modem and the cable company wanted to come out for $75 to 'repair my lines' so I checked all the lines, replaced all the internal cables first (they were old anyway) and then thought, hmm what about the single splitter in the house. So I picked these up, put them both in place and they performed identical. Reduced my SNR by almost 15 dB which allowed the modem to fully duplex for over gig speeds. The picture also on my TV got slightly better I think. But yeah they both work and I will use one and keep one in case the other fails. I know this review is not earth splitting but it was coax splitting.

Cut your Cable TV
Simple Splitter. Great price for 2 of them. We used them to split the incoming cable line to have one line go to the internet modem, and the other line going directly to the TV so that we could pick up local channels and streaming TV without having to pay for Cable TV service. Sometimes, with weaker splitters, you'll need a "line amplifier" to boost the throughput ... but with these splitters, no amplifier is/was needed. Well worth the effort and price to DIY it, and cut your cable TV bill.

Made of quality material!
Replaced an old coaxial splitter. This one has really nice threads for connecting cables! Made of quality materials And even has a grounding cable if you're having problems with static in your cable lines. I am getting all of my Internet speeds even running through the splitter. I lost nearly 30%of my speeds through a lower quality splitter so it's really nice that's I'm getting all 1200mbps now.
