Definitely helps with tossing and turning. Does not create a warm situation when under existing decorative comforter.Quality construction and great for the 5 days in use so far.

Noticed Better and Deeper Sleep Quality
Sleeping Better & more deeply. Very happy with this purchase. It's my first time using a weighted blanket and I notice I stay asleep longer and wake up less in the middle of the night. Good quality with small squares for even distribution. Probably didn't need the full queen size and could've gone smaller. Haven't washed it yet so hoping it won't be an issue. So far so good.

Think about how you will wash it.
Exactly as expected. I didn't think until after about how I could possibly wash this. It could easily damage a front-loading washer or dryer. Maybe top-loading is okay.

Top quality weighted blanket
This blanket was well made and a luscious color.that goes anywhere. Weights stayed equally distributed through the night. It was very soft, comfortable and warm. Just for me, I found it too hot to use through the entire night.

Fantastic Weighted Blanket
I bought this weighted blanket for my boyfriend who enjoys weight on top of him. Even as a little kid he liked being tucked in tightly, it made him feel safe and secure. He uses it every night. He's about 200 lbs so I bought the 25lbs. one. Weighted blankets can help soothe feelings of anxiety. I've slept underneath of it with him, and while I dislike the weight on my chest, I do really like it on my legs because I have either restless leg syndrome or something similar. My legs sometimes hurt all over and prevent me from sleeping. I'm planning on buying a throw size one for myself to see if it helps consistently when I have leg pain. It also doesn't make you overheat in case you're worried about using it in the summer. The cotton ones do attract dog hair and lint, so keep that in mind if that drives you crazy.
