The incredibly fine power mixes instantly with flavored liquids or plain water. I appreciate the screw on lid container- rather than a bag.The results of its use have been phenomenal for me. I have been doing resistant training for decades and never had such large increases in reps and weights. By the third week of use, my reps were up 30% to 100%. Resistances were up 20% to 30%. Additionally, I am observing increased muscle size in my arms. No adverse side effects are being experienced.
