I used this pastry cutter when we made homemade raviolis, and it worked perfectly. It gave us those nice, clean edges without tearing the dough, which made the whole process way easier and a lot less frustrating. The wheel glides smoothly, and it feels sturdy enough that I’m not worried about it bending or breaking mid-use.It also added that classic crimped edge that makes the raviolis look like they came from a fancy little Italian shop—not just our kitchen counter. I ordered this cutter specifically to make homemade cheez its. Not only did they turn out great but it was so fun to cut the dough using the cutter! It slices easily and cleanly.

The roller does the job, but not without a little bit of unnecessary effort. The size feels right, but the rivet that holds the blade in place is too loose. Also, the tolerance/gap between the blade and the piece that holds it in place is too wide, making the blade jiggle almost uncontrollably while being used. I guess you get what you pay for, but at the end of the day it works.

Good for cutting dough. Durable, easy to clean and store. Nice grip and a good cut quality.
