Powertec Fitness Workbench PEC Fly Accessory Black

There's a learning curve for the slight wabble, but the attachment works. Storage can be a problem.

This slipped right into Valor Fitness DG-1 Stationary Bench to be upright for deltoid raises. Also purchased an AmazonBasics Flat Weight Bench to make the padded arms instead of using the swivel ones that came with the Powertec. I'll add pics when it's completed, but so far so good and more than $200 less than buying a shoulder machine.

I use it on my Yukon bench. It fits fine. I get a good workout with it. It's a good quality attachment, you will be satisfied with it.

I bought the Powertec pec/fly attachment for my Powertec workbench multi press. The first one I recieved had the holes that attach the arms to the support post threaded wrong so I couldn't tighten them without stripping the hex bolts. I contacted Amazon and as always they quickly sent me a replacement along with free return shipping on the defective unit. As always Amazon is great in that regard.I recieved the replacement unit and all the holes but one were threaded perfectly. The one that was not perfect was close enough so I was able to make it work without effecting the function of the machine.As for the pec/fly attachment function, it works great and is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I did a full chest workout yesterday an used the pec/fly as a finisher. What I like best is the tension on the chest is highest at the end of the movement when the chest is in the contracted position. It makes for a great finishing pump. I am glad I bought this accessory.

I like this attachment because it really isolated my pecs. Yeah everyone say it wobbles it does a little. But it’s a attachment Not a pec machine.

There are some major problems with the design. First is that the thing is dangerous to move around. It is extremely heavy and When you hold it by the handle, the arms flail/splay both in and out with no warning. Got banged up a bunch of times. Second, it takes 2 inch Olympic plates however unless you have mini plates, they run into each other and there is not enough room. If anybody messages me, I can send them a picture. Finally,The movement itself is not like a pec fly deck. I did not feel like I got the same level of hypertropy

This is a great product. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the handles could be a little longer or possibly adjustable. At 6'00'' my arm span is probably as wide as this attachment could accommodate. In fact, it is sliiiiightly small for me but, does the trick. It is well made, does what they say it will do ( I'm already noticing growth and strength increases) and, in my opinion, priced reasonably.
