Did not last
I purchased this for my mother for a gift for Mother's Day in 2020 She replaced a frame that lasted longer than 8 years. Unfortunately, this frame did not even last 6 months. Several photos are so dark that you can't see them. And then the frame continues to reset itself. When I sent the information to Sylvania, they said the only warranty for their item is 3 months so they would not replace.It is unfortunate that they will not stand behind their products. Why would anyone purchase an item such as a photo frame that you put time and effort into to set up and only expect it to last for 3 months.Very disappointed in their service. I do understand that computerized items can have gliches, but for them to not stand behind their product is just not right.

Nice frame but has its quirks
Nice frame but has its quirks. loading photos and deleting photos is troublesome.Just when you think you have the photos deleted...no not yet they are still playing.Then you have to go back in the files and find the duplicates and delete them. I have spent more time trying to get this set up as a gift for my Mother. If I knew it was going to be such a hassel I would have passed on the purchase. The photos do play well and are fairly nice.For the price its not bad but having to put the extra time it was not worth the savings.

Very disappointed in this particular product because of the stand.
I bought this item as a gift for my mother. The MAJOR PROBLEM with the item is the frame stand. The frame itself seems to be made well, but the attachment for the stand comes loose at the slightest touch and the frame falls. I already have a digital frame and my grandkids love to look at the pictures, but if they barely touch THIS frame, it will fall. Since I am sending the frame to another state and will not be able to help Mom set it up, I may have to do something else.

Worked great for a short while
Worked great for a short while. Easy to program, etc. Only programmed for weekend 11 am to 3 pm. Two months later the light in the viewing frame went dark. Contacted Amazon, since it was ' certified refurbished' it was too late to replace, etc. Because I bought a ' certified refurbished' Kindle ( my first) over 5 years ago which artillery works perfectly to this day, I trusted this frame would, too. Won't do that again

Not user friendly
Spent 2 hours trying to get the frame to read my usb and still isn’t working. Directions are useless
