Works well for me.
I use it every day with my Hamilton Beach coffee maker. I don't use the cups, rather I buy my own brand of coffee and filter it twice once with the S/S filter and another with the paper filter to keep residue out of my cup. I don't mind cleaning the various pieces daily to keep them working properly.

Glad I switched from paper to stainless.
It works well, much better than paper filters. I always had problems pressing the coffee through paper, but I have no problem with the stainless. Some reviewers claim the water runs through the filter too fast which doesn’t allow a steeping process. I have not found that to be the case at all, but it is much easier to press through. Also, believe it or not, the coffee does taste better. I thought clean-up would be harder, but it really isn’t. No more paper filters for me.

Works well. Thickness a slight issue.
Works very well and is easy to clean. My only complaint is that it's a little too thick and getting the AeroPress to seal is little difficult. I may think about trimming the thickness on the tabs that hold it down.

these are great! while it's true that the liquid runs through quickly, as soon as you put the plunger in place it creates a vacuum which holds all of the steeping coffee up in the reservoir. It will stay there until you press the plunger down. If you don't put the plunger in place, it will drip through fairly quickly. I also take a moment stir the coffee before setting the plunger in the top, otherwise it doesn't always mix and steep thoroughly; that my be incorrect, but it works for me. This method also allows me to top off the reservoir before creating the vacuum and I get a bit more quantity out of my brew that way. I also have had no issues with the mesh clogging over time and I've been using the same one daily for months now.

Doesn’t allow coffee to steep
These filters are awful, idk where all the good reviews are coming from. I had my last reusable filter (from a different seller) for 3 years and used it everyday, but these don’t allow the coffee to steep. You just get coffee flavored hot water and it causes you to overfill the cup because it runs right through.

Perfect replacement for paper filters
This filter requires a little more pressure than paper filters on my AeroPress. It gives me a flavor profile for an Americano much more similar to my espresso machine. Easy to clean and good for travel - no more crappy hotel coffee.

still using one for around 3 months and its holding up well.
don't over do it with pressure or it will shorten the lifetime of the filter. slow even pressure and mine has been used for around 3 months.

Some grounds get through with a single one.
Fits perfectly in my Aeropress, but some fine grounds of coffee still make it through and you have to use the upside down method cause otherwise the the water goes right through it. It’s not like paper, it won’t filter the same way. You might need to grind your beans a bit more coarse. I changed to this one from paper because I wanted to keep the natural coffee oils in my coffee and not have the paper absorb it. The fact that I don’t have to keep repurchasing is a plus. Just wish the weave was a bit tighter.
