Best purchase for my maternity at an affordable price ☺️. I used the ball every single day what really help my natural labour it also has some exercises if you want to follow .The peri peri bottle was a life saver after labour to clean the perineum, I only used water for 2weeks and no infections, but used the peri peri bottle religiously everytime I was going to the toilet.Totally recommend.

This item was delivered on time, the package only contained the ball, pump and some spare valves, no socks, yoga band or peri bottle ?although the box says they are included. The ball does seem to have deflated slightly over 24 hours I don’t know if this to be expected. If choosing this ball for the extras don’t be surprised if they are not included

Considering the price this turned out to be a huge disappointment. Literally just sat on it and there is a massive puncture despite being used on a clear surface, so it can only be my normal weight that’s caused it... don’t bother wasting money on the promises made, just buy a standard cheap exercise ball for half the price!

This has been my ride and die. Been using it for my lower back pain as have been unable to go to physio. Provides relief to my back pain and everyone in the family is now using it.

I love that this ball comes with a guide on exercises, socks with grips, and a peri bottle. I didn’t even know I needed one until I read about peri bottles as this is my first time giving birth.Super helpful and great quality. Excited to bring this with me to the hospital and it’s the perfect size. I’ve had this for about 5 months now and there are no complaints. I recommend this item over the others because of the package deal!

Used this kit for 2 pregnancies. Amazing. Easy to pack and put away. Easy to blow up. Perry bottle is a must for labor! Exercise stuff was so helpful because its so hard to stretch properly when pregnant. Came with great instructions. It would make a nice gift to any pregnant lady! Cute little socks as a extra gift.

I used this for my first birthing class and it was SO HELPFUL for the class of course but solely on its own! Let me tell you why- It come with everything listed and all products are made of high quality material. It also comes with a whole poster that walks you through every single stretch you can do while pregnant!! And what’s more they give you cute little “I’m gonna be a mommy!” Socks for your labor- so kind!! I can’t say anything back about this product. It’s so durable, because it’s so think it won’t pop on your like a regular yoga ball will. Also, it’s easy to inflate, and reduces all my back pain to essentially nothing! I use it every day and replaced my chair with it, while I’m watching TV and everyday for my yoga routines! My older sister even uses it to correct her posture and loves it for leg lifts exercises because it heavier but not too big.Over all, If your pregnant you need a ball! Love everything about this set. Have been using my birth ball and yoga strap pretty much everyday for about a month now, and it seems to be very resistant with good quality material. It took 5 min for my husband to inflate the ball using the foot pump that comes with the set, and even for me it was a peace of cake. Didn’t need to re-inflate it since then, but will soon. There was a natural smell from the ball material in the first couple days, which is gone now, and didn’t bothered my current very sensitive pregnant nose. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and enjoying it a lot!!

Wonderful product. I use it daily and im only halfway through my fourth pregnancy. A must have item.
