Definitely pick these
I started off buying a cheap USB-A speaker just because I wanted something good enough for calls and didn't want to spend a lot. It was only $10 less than this and died in four months! Lesson learned, went for these, and so worth it! My music sounds amazing, I no longer reach for my headphones all the time. And the volume control knob is a nice feature, it's very solid and smooth feeling. White option is a nice bonus since I like the light Mac aesthetic. I connected using the USB-A in the back of my monitor with the included adapter, worked immediately. One thing that threw me off was size, I didn't look all that closely and was expecting baseball size - I'd say they are a little bigger than a softball. So I almost sent them back, but decided to give them a shot and after hearing the quality, so glad I made the room on my desk!

cute & aesthetic speakers! i just wish they were a little louder, other than that the sound is nice, clear & pretty good quality for the price. <3

Don't buy if you have a Mac!
The product's design is great and the sound quality is pretty good too. However, I was a bit surprised that it has barely any bass despite its size, especially since there are smaller speakers that deliver decent bass. Maybe this product lacks bass deliberately to encourage customers to upgrade to the more expensive alternative model that includes an additional subwoofer. One major issue I faced with these speakers is that you can't control the volume via keyboard when you're using an M1 MacBook. This seems to be a common issue, and while an update was released to fix it, you need a Windows computer to install the update, which is frustrating. Even after updating the speakers on a borrowed Windows computer, the issue still exists, which is a major inconvenience. Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the box, otherwise, I would have returned it.Overall, if you're on a Mac and haven't bought this speaker yet, you might want to reconsider or test it first before making the purchase. Hopefully, the company will work on an update that actually fixes this issue soon.

Good value for the low price
These are extremely inexpensive speakers. If you're looking for the same sound quality as Bose, Klipsch, Sonos, JBL, LG etc then check your expectations because they're unrealistic. These speakers are loud and clear for their price, they do their best for bass, they don't have any feedback or white noise when not actively playing back and the BT connection is reliable, reconnects well after power cycling, and connects easily. The included dongle to go from USB-C to USB-A for power is handy. They're small, non-intrusive and look good on my desk, especially since they come in white and I have a white desk. I mostly intend to use these for Zoom meetings and listening to music as I work, so for $40 I'm not complaining. If I had lots of disposable income, I would get either the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1, the SONOS Play3 or the Logitech G560, and suggest if you're picky about sound that you save up and do the same. If you just need something that's clear, reasonably loud and functional then these are a great option.

Meh, but sleek.
I recently purchased the Creative Pebble V3 computer speakers, and they're decent, but they don't exactly blow me away.Firstly, let's talk about the sound quality. Given that these are 8-watt speakers, I had low expectations. And in that regard, they delivered what I anticipated. The sound is clear enough for basic computer tasks like watching videos and listening to music at moderate volumes. However, don't expect them to fill a large room with booming sounds. They're best suited for personal use in small to medium-sized spaces. The design is where the Pebble V3 shines. They look sleek and modern, and the matte finish gives them a premium feel. The front-firing drivers and passive radiators are a nice touch, too. These speakers easily blend into most desktop setups, and the volume control knob is conveniently located for quick adjustments. What I found needing improvement, though, is the bass. Even with the passive radiators, the low-end response is relatively weak. If you enjoy bass-heavy music or want a more immersive sound experience, you should look elsewhere or consider adding a subwoofer. The Creative Pebble V3 speakers are abundantly mediocre. They serve their purpose as budget-friendly computer speakers for basic audio needs, but they won't impress audiophiles or those seeking robust sound quality. If you're looking for a stylish set of speakers for casual use in a small space and need to be more picky about audio depth, these could work for you. Otherwise, consider investing in higher-wattage speakers or a dedicated sound system for a more immersive experience.
