Perfect for high arches!
I have high arches, no other arch support I've tried has been enough for me but these are AMAZING! I put them on under my socks and they don't move as long as I have shoes on. If I know I have an extra long day on my feet, I'll wear one pair and bring the second just in case I need to double up throughout the day and it's wonderful. No more breaking down sobbing because my feet hurt so bad. Decreased ankle and knee pain even! Feels like a foot massage all day long. I can not recommend these more! Wish I had found them sooner! ❤Disclaimer: if you do not have high arches, I would not recommend as I think that's why so many people are saying these hurt.

Didn’t work for me
I wanted to like these, unfortunately they aren’t right for me. The gel support is way too large and firm. I wear a women’s size 7 shoe, have a very high arch and plantar fasciitis. These are extremely uncomfortable, like walking with a hard boiled egg in your shoe.

Best 10$ I’ve ever spent
It’s amazing how well these things relieve my foot pain. I have plantar fasciitis a very high arch and I used to have unbearable foot pain at work. Ever since I got these I have almost no pain at all! I tried other similar products but none were the perfect size like this one. Everyone’s foot shape is different so what works well for me may not work well for you, you will just have to try it.

Arch support
This gel arch support doesn’t feel good when you have intense pain on your feet. it feels hard and makes it hurt more. i wouldn’t use it when theres pain. it feels uncomfortable on the shoe.

Pain relief
I have had ever present pain on the tops of my feet for a long while. It hurt to walk. These supports help tremendously. I also bought others that do not have the support cushion under my feet. They do not help.

These worked well for me.
I have flat feet and periodically suffer from plantar fascitis. These work very well in my dress boots.
