This product really helps me to stay asleep and get a good night's sleep. However, I advise counting the number of capsules in each bottle as soon as you get them . When I was traveling and had to take a certain number of capsules with me, I counted out the number I needed. It looked as though there were not many left. Out of the three bottles I had ordered only one had 30 capsules in it. One of the other bottles had 25 capsules, the other 28. I had been ordering this product for a year and based on the number I received in the latest three bottles, I realized that while I was paying for 12 bottles, I was only receiving enough capsules for 11 bottles. I got in touch with Amazon, who got in touch with the supplier, who got in touch with me. They sent me a bottle for free. When I received it I counted out the number of capsules. There were only 28! I again got in touch with the supplier to advise them to either get better personnel who could count or fix their machines. They said they would recalibrate their machines. Just remember to count your capsules as soon as you get them.

Does not knock you out. No drowsiness the next day. Just helps you sleep through the night

Excellent product thanks to my secret person who turned me on to this product. I recommend this over anything else. I have had insomnia since I was 12 years old. Trazadone gives me terrific night terrors Valerian Root doesn't work at all and it smells like stinky feet to me.

When I first bought these in 2020, they were fantastic. Over time, capsule size has decreased by a third but it’s still $3 a pill (and I have to take 8 to sleep). Bottles supposed to have 30 pills each, my last one had 25 pills, the one before that had 22 pills…too bad, it used to be a helpful product….after menopause it’s hard to sleep….damn right impossible most nights. Wish they would go back to the previous model….but profits over patients, I get it.

Taking just one capsule at night has helped so much! My sleep is sounder with no grogginess in the morning at all. I highly recommend!
