Simple, lite
It's so simple. Drop a cube in a bowl, pour boiling water over and it's soup. Each cube takes 3/4 cup of water so it's just a snack or appetizer, but it tastes good.

Great instant soup
My wife often has this for a quick breakfast sandwich. Very tasty and prepares quickly

No flavor
I expected savory flavor but this has no flavor at all. The mushrooms clump together in a lump. Very unappetizing and total waste of money. I had to make two packets to make enough for one bowl of soup.

Tastes good...price high for a snack
Really like the taste thought it was very well done. However simply can I get over the fact that this is $4 for 35 calorie serving of broth with a little bit of vegetables. This is not a small meal.

Tsubi Soup Freeze-Dried Japanese Miso Soup Packets
These soups are wonderful! I bought them on subscription. They are not too salty like other brands! I would recommend!

Great Taste!
I gave this product 5 stars because of the taste! It comes in a small 'block' of dried soup; put it in a cup, add some boiling water, and it soon easily dissolves into a tasty soup. This makes a good, quick, healthy snack to hold me till my next meal. I've tried this flavor, and the other TSUBI 'spicy' one, which is not really spicy at all, and both are excellent.I must, however, mention that the box-package itself, mailed through the US postal system, arrived completely and totally demolished! My purchase was packaged in a thin, flimsy, bag, essentially little more than a piece of saran wrap colored opaque gray, then formed into a mailing bag. When I say the box itself was 'demolished', I mean it no longer even looked like a box. It had been absolutely squashed flat in transit, and all glued seams of the box had come undone. Because of the structure of the mailing bag, it had been squashed in one direction, and then squashed in the other direction. My 'cubes' of soup were POWDER, instead of cubes!!!!! The packages which held the 'cubes' was still intact, so the actual soup was not compromised, and can still be eaten. It seems to me that no pride was taken in getting my purchase to me. What if there had been liquid involved? It would have been long gone...This is an excellent product and I intend to order it again. Please -why not package it securely? The product is worth the effort...
