Not worth it for me but might work for others
On suggestion of a review I bought 2 as I'm heavier but needed something to hold me in as I'm losing weight. One was enough but barely. Honestly just kinda too thick for me personally but it helped for a short period of time.

Amazing!!!
Please know those waist beads DO NOT sit This low w/o it! I love the adjustability, it's sturdy, does not roll down when sitting, has a lot of give and undetectable under clothing. The velcro is from Jesus! It's a hold that doesn't let go!

None namebrand so IAM getting half value
I was excited to get it and it rolled up a little and the belt holder was sticking me. I wear it to work for 2 hrs and then I put it on to exercise. I am not 100% yet but I think it has worked with eating and my exercise. Pants been fitting different happy come back and do a 2nd review cause if it work I want people to know. Ok so this my second review this belt is so comfortable and it has helped in slimming my tummy with eating exercise and the use of a waist trainer I got definitely one product I will be buying for a few friends as a gift only the ones I know trying to get fit . Great product.

Good for less intensive workouts
The waist wrap is really good but make sure your sizing is correct or it won’t wrap all the way I got the 4 m one and it was able to wrap around my waist but not my whole waist it only wrap the lower part of my body which is from my muffin top to my belly button but I still got the coverage that I needed going to the gym make sure it’s not too tight because Depending on how intense your work out may be determines how much the waistband moves after a certain amount of time doing that work out so your best bet to be careful working out with it or you may have to try to adjust it or fix it every now and then

Hit and miss.🤦
So for this product is a hit and miss, and I say that because I'm 5'4 and I have a short torso, and if you have bra fat or back rolls, this product just will not work it keeps rolling down or rolling up 😭 😭

Disappointed
Had high expectations thinking it's going to be worth buying it but no, the product has stitches coming off the velcro is coming off and it keeps rolling down and doesn't stay put.
