Small opening
My daughter needed bottle replacements for her baby alive dolls which are not sold separately . The bottle fit great in the baby‘s mouth, however, the opening in the top for the water to come out is too small. She squeezed the bottle and it leaked everywhere. I used a mini screwdriver to open the hole a little more and it ended up working great
