Great gift for a whisky lover
Love the box and presentation. The only thing that let's it down a little is the quality of the glasses. I would, personally, have paid a bit more for better quality. Otherwise lovely gift, I'm sure my son will love it.

Dirty cups and low quality box
Had to re-glue the padding into the box before gifting - the glasses were absolutely filthy too

Unclean
I purchased the whisky set as a Christmas gift for my husband. The glasses upon arrival were really unclean and it looked like a second hand gift. I contacted ‘Royal Reserve’ as the enclosed leaflet said feedback was important to them and got very little help to address the issue.It cheapened the gift and was disappointing.
