Great product!! Using these various sized wheels will allow you to increase your range of motion. Each diameter wheel will give you very focal and effective stretches. I have experienced greater range of motion and substantial pain reduction. The key is to be consistent with their use. Maintenance ,as in all things, yields better health and your ability to be able to do more.

I can't recommend these enough. This set has provided so much pain relief it's unreal. I suffer from EDS, so my spine is in constant pain. The chirp wheels realign and pop my back giving immense relief. I have purchased 3 sets so I have one at home, one in the camper and another at my parents house. I tried the knock offs and they just aren't the same, they squeak and the foam starts peeling. Get chirp brand, it is completely worth the money.

My old foam roller was getting deformed, and it was never the greatest. I have a lot of mid-back, neck, hip pain. I liked that the chirp wheels have a channel for your spine, and they take up a lot less space than my foam roller.First impressions: really high quality product. The foam is soft, but feels really durable, and the rings themselves feel like steel. Love the case, and that I got 4 sizes. I used the large one first, and it really popped my back out, and I didn’t have issues with it slipping and scooting instead of rolling like a did with the foam roller. Worked my way down in ring sizes, seeing what each feels like. The medium size is good for really stretching the chest out, and the next to smallest size cracked my neck really well! The smallest one is good for laying on and stretching the base of the neck out, or rolling your leg muscles and feet. Everything fits neatly in the case (also high quality).I was slightly hesitant to buy these at first because of the cost, but given the quality of the wheels, and the fact you get four sizes and the case makes this a great deal, imo. This feels like equipment that will last a long time. I have the 3 in 1 roller coming, now!

I like that it was able to help me pop my back. But I’m a bit heavy so getting down to the ground rolling along the chirp wheel and then trying to get back up can be difficult. It is easy to use. It can release pressure. Quality product. I was able to purchase with my FSA card.

I use frequently and they really help with tension in the back and neck.

This did assist in some back cracks but didn’t really offer the relief I was hoping for per other reviews.. it is also a bit difficult to use if you have minimal core strength.. we ended up selling it at a garage sale for like $20

THE BEST. I get the best cracks when using this and it is SO SATISFYING. I have a long torso and these size ranges worked really well for me. They are well made and the traction was helpful since I'm not great with balance. I'm pretty clumsy but I enjoy using these. I've had friends much bigger than me use them and they never bend. Built strong! Love the case for keeping everything clean and dust free so I can store it literally anywhere. 10/10
