I ordered this cable in order to install my outdoor Vimtag security camera further away from the power supply that what was allowed with the OEM power supply cable.This cable worked perfectly for my purpose. I connected the wires and used electrical tape to secure and waterproof the connection.I could not be happier with this purchase.

Cables work great

I had to purchase this for my outdoor security camera. I was a bit worried so I ordered one first. After I received it, I just made the switch. It fits like a gloved. I am really happy. Even though it’s not esthetically pleasing (I am not professional and don’t know how to hide everything in the dry wall), I was able to tape it along the wall. Anyway, if you try to install security camera like me, this cord will come in handy!

I used this cable to relocate a linksys ac2200 router and it works perfectly. Note that any power cable extension may cause a voltage drop which may affect the performance of your equipment, but modern electronics can generally perform optimally under a range of input voltages. In my case the voltage drop was about 0.8 volts (from a 12 volt power supply). My router wasn’t affected by the voltage drop and it is working great!!! Bottom line is don’t sweat the voltage drop but just be aware of it in the unlikely event your equipment can’t handle it.This is a much cleaner solution than an extension cord. This cable was able to fit alongside a flat internet cable inside flat clips designed to fasten a flat internet cable. Very clean and easy solution for relocating a wireless router or other electronics!

These are some fabulous cables. The wiring is protected inside of the outer coating. Makes it great for installing cameras outdoors. Thickness was perfect for me to drill entry points into my home. They perfectly provided the necessary needed length.No issues whatsoever and I've been using my cameras for 2-years now. Both indoors and outdoors.

My application for this cable is to permit me to have an external wi-fi screen shut-off for my Nordic Track rowing machine. I had to break into the middle of the cable and add a switch.

Dudaba un poco que se acoplara a mi cámara Tapo, que no tuviera el voltaje adecuado o que se pudiese calentar demasiado. Nada de eso ocurrió, todo sin problema, funcionó desde el primer acople y pude meter el contacto dentro de casa gracias a la longitud de este cable. ¡Excelente compra!

Llego en menos de lo esperado, el cable esta bien y cumple su funcion.A mi parecer el recubrimiento es delgado si fuera un poco más grueso estaria excelente.
