When we first got this chicken run, the box had a hole in it and a couple of pieces were missing. I emailed the company pictures of it and told them what we did not receive. They very quickly made it right and the customer service was outstanding.Everything is simple to assemble with the quick connections. Even though it is not the heavy larger gauge metal, it has kept everything out just like it is supposed to including our 80 pound dog, cats, a opossum and even a full grown fox. We also recently had a tornado hit us and the run is completely free from damage unlike almost everything else that was in the yard.This is a 5 out of 5!

Not good at all..didn’t use it for chicken run..It’s not sturdy at all..It sags in the middle..Cheap material..Two of the corner joints wasn’t drilled right for the clip things to go in..Would not recommend this product and definitely wouldn’t buy it again..Disappointed

This is by far the worst product you could ever expect to purchase. Put it up on Thursday, no problem. Money, a light rain. Tuesday morning, I found it had collapsed. The cheap tarp, gathered a bit of water and the weight brought it down, bending the metal like it was plastic straws. The metal connectors were bent and have to be cut to remove. I have contacted Amazon asking for a full refund. If the seller wants this back, they will have to hire someone to come and cut it up to remove. I don't want it. This is CHEAP....

This was a chicken pen and it was spacious enough for my 5 chickens. I bought a smaller hutch for nesting and fit inside, with enough room for a dusting area and feeding area. Very satisfied.

Easy to set up. My 18-year-old did it for me. He did need help with the wire, that part does take two people. Really only two complaints one is you can't use the provided latch and there are no instructions about the latch. It is easy enough to figure out but I can't use it. The second problem is the wire is awful thin if you are trying to keep things out forget it but if you just need to keep the chickens in you are all set. I like the fact that it arrives quickly, easy to put up and comes in many sizes to fit anyone's needs. Also, the price isn't too bad

The quality was adequate. No instructions made a 1-2 building project into 6 hour one. Two pieces had holes drilled at wrong angle. Boxes were broken and open when delivered. Considering the cost of time spent on assembly, I would probable not buy this product again.

Impossible to assemble due to upright holes drilled at incorrect angle. Do not purchase!

I really love this cage. It's super spacious for my 10 chickens. It was easy to assemble. Even though there was a small hiccup with a missing piece of the cage I have to say that the company responded and replaced what I needed with no problems or issues. I recommend this product to others.
