The worst thing I bought on Amazon
Every one broke trying to break ice cubes that were stuck together in my freezer!. I did not even want to give them 1 star!

it broke after 45 seconds!

Manufacturing fail
Metal broke off both ends when trying to crack ice. Bad glue job. Used some gorilla glue and hasn’t fallen off since. Better to just get ice pick. Wouldn’t recommend.

Product nice for the first couple of uses very handy, but, breaks loose, makes it pretty useless.
I know why they ship three. The first one I used after a few uses, one of the metal inserts fell off. Can't really get it to stay in the holder. Glad there are others, hope they don't have the same problem.It does work well if I can keep the insert where it belongs.

Don’t waste your time
Would rate it minus1 star if it was possible This item broke after the second tap on ice. Flimsy made.

These do not hold up
The metal caps that break up the ice comes out when you tap on the ice. These are very cheaply made and do not hold up. Mine only worked twice and the third time the metal caps came out.

The top broke off
To crack I e and all metal part you would hit with broke off each one

fell apart at first use, returned immediately.
used once, and chrome section separated from plastic handle. Returned.

Cheap and broke immediately
Purchased recently and metal pops off as soon as you try to use it
