I was looking for an encoder to do SRT as well as RTMP. It was a bonus to get one that does dual encoding H.264 & H.265. I've been steaming to Twitch and Youtube (simultaneously!) with not even a hiccup! The ability to multi-stream, mix and match encoders and transport technologies makes this a flexible unit. I had a few issues getting wifi working, but once the stream connected it was reliable on wifi too.I powered this unit on a mid size battery and it went for well over 8 hours. Battery and encoder on a small camera does add some bulk - but gives you great wireless portability.I did have an issue getting a Youtube stream to start reliably, so contacted support who responded within 24 hours and suggested that I start audio with my video in order to get YT to recognize the stream. That indeed solved my issue!The encoder has been dual streaming, non-stop, now for over a week and is still going strong. 4 stars only because of the weirdness in getting the wifi setup, otherwise, this is a great product and worth the money!

I watched a lot of videos to help my laptop with my weekly livestreams . I heard about this encoder and red about it as well. I ordered it without beeing really a Tech guy. Received the equipment pretty fast.But my biggest satisfaction is the customer service. I had issues installing the Encoder and the same day, they had a technician do it remotely for me. I'm grateful for the help especially for a product I didn't know about.For sure, if I have any needs as per equipment, I'll keep this company and buy from them. The service makes the difference.Really appreciated! I recommend it to anyone who is not familiar with these products, they will help you with it.

This produce deserves a 5 start rating for several reasons. The first reason is their support for the product. I had an issue with an audio setting and contacted the company with the email provided. I was very surprised when I received a prompt and friendly reply with the correct solutions including step by step instructions on how to make the correct adjustments(see picture). The issue was specific to the XA20 Canon camcorder we are using needing the highest sampling rate.The second reason for a 5 star rating was the ease of use of the product to take our church live. Basically, follow the well laid out instructions and you are online. No need for a second computer, more software to learn, or extra people to organize. The camera operator makes sure the unit is powered and the HDMI is connected and within seconds you are broadcasting your service.Lastly, there are so many products out there that claim the world and deliver on none. This product makes honest claims about their products and stands behind them with product support and a 5 year warranty. In my opinion the product was worth every penny we spent to bring our services online.

I have been using the encoder for over 18 mos. at this point. It has become an essential piece of equipment for our non-profit, Manhattan Policy Forum. We stream our monthly public affairs program and our weekly radio program through this encoder. It really steps your game up to professional quality video by permitting the use of any HD capable camcorder or DSLR with an HDMI port. We can even go mobile with our Verizon Hotspot and broadcast from almost anywhere in NYC. Alternatives were prohibitively expensive and usually not as flexible or as reliable. I cannot recommend this product and company enough.

Another awesome device. I run a professional live streaming service. I'm using this encoder to live stream weddings when I'm using a single camera setup. Since I don't need a computer it makes the process much easier and completely wireless with camera and encoder running on batteries.NOTE: I bring my own wireless router at gigs and plug directly into the house Ethernet. Don't rely on someone else's wifi!Great value for the money AND customer support is fantastic!
