** FOUR years down the road - still working well but did have some minor issues that may have more to do with the water quality in my area than the faucet. The spray head became clogged with debris (possibly a combination of lime and scale as well as a disintegrated o-ring). In the process of troubleshooting the issue (low water flow from the sprayer) I ended up replacing the valve cartridge, hose and spray head. The good news is you CAN fix this thing - it is not like you buy it and throw it away. Cartridges are available from Amazon or Home Depot (uses a Standard Moen), and I got a new hose and sprayer from Amazon that fit perfectly! Still VERY HAPPY with this faucet! Made from good solid materials and has proven to be a good investment!***Two years down the road - still working perfectly!! Remains on of the best values we've purchased.My old kitchen faucet simply was not doing the job. The water pressure was low, and my old unit was always coming loose from it's anchor point despite my playing contortionist several times under the sink trying to tighten the securing nut. The water pressure issue had me wondering if there was a problem with the water feeds to my kitchen. It was time to try something new. I found this Geyser unit and decided to give it a try.Suffice to say we were pleasantly surprised by it's performance, styling and value. Installation was dead easy; I read the manual after I'd finished installing it. Installation and connection to the water lines was straight forward with the help of a 10mm wrench, channellock pliers and a Phillips screwdriver.The styling is very industrial as the GF51-S looks like a commercial sprayer you would find in a restaurant. Clearly it is modeled after that sort of unit.After install and turning it on, I was elated to see FAR greater water pressure than that of the old fixture. The pressure and water stream from this unit greatly enhances our ability to rinse food debris from dishes, and the sink itself, more efficiently and effectively. Since the spout sits nice and high above the sink, it (a) is out of the way when moving dishes into the sink, and (b) allows you to sweep the entire sink with a powerful stream of water simply by quickly swinging the head from left to right - in other words, the head is situated further out away from the back of the sink, which places the water stream in a better location to clear the sink of debris when you sweep the head from side to side.Very happy with this purchase. The only negatives I have thus far are:1. Limited documentation (but you really do not need much to install this thing).2. The hose counter-weight does not appear to be heavy enough to properly retract the metal hose back down such that the spout seats correctly back into its resting spot. I managed to fix that by adding the weight removed from the old faucet, on top of the one that came with this Geyser unit.3. The location for control valve is adjustable - you can place it either on the side or front of the unit - I wanted to put it on the side but the travel of the handle contacted my backsplash, so I had to locate it as the front. Not really a negative as that had more to do with the design of my counter and backsplash, but, if the hole in your countertop is very close to the backsplash as is the case with my setup, you will run into the same issue with the valve/handle.All-in-all, and good purchase based on 3 days of use.

Received and installed the same day. The external packaging of this item is awful! The carton had NOT been taped and was partially open. The internal packaging was premier and saved this item from damage and loss of parts. Take full inventory when you receive this and before you tear out your old unit. Make sure you don't need a 3 hole base plate cover. I did and couldn't find one at any of the big box stores, but they are available here on Amazon for just over 10 dollars.The quality of this faucet is outstanding! It is all 300 series SS and even has braided SS cold/hot marked water lines. My installation went without a hitch. All fittings matched up perfectly and presented not one leak. Adjusted the weight on the dispense tube and the faucet head gores right into its socket every time. If you encounter an alignment problem with the with the faucet head valve, loosen the faucet head put it where you want it and re-tighten hand tight.I'm a very handy guy and understand plumbing, fittings and such. If you don't and have rarely performed any plumbing work, get yourself a pro to install this for you or you may be without a kitchen faucet until you find one. Removing old fixtures can be a bear at times and if you have dated plumbing, you may need conversion fittings.The instructions provided with this faucet aren't for the inexperienced at all! They are purely pictorial with no verbiage and are barely adequate for even a plumber to get the skinny details of component placement. There is no customer service line, warranty information or anything other than a cartoon installation guide provided when you receive this.This is a very nice, well built, smooth operating faucet made of high quality material and construction. It is a fine addition to my kitchen, has great functionality and should last for years to come. If you don't know what your doing, admit so and get a pro. You will not be disappointed with this faucet when the proper installation is complete!Product update!!! I've been using this over 2 weeks now and absolutely LOVE it! Not one drop of a leak, flawless performance and the quality of this 304 SS construction is clearly obvious. A striking addition to my kitchen and the most functional upgrade I've ever done.Product Update #2 - Faucet has been in service for almost 10 months now. I'm as impressed as I was from day one. The finish has held up perfectly, not a single drip and is STILL the best thing I've done for my kitchen yet!Product update #3 - In service for 2 years now and this faucet is flawless. Never one drip after closing the valve to this day! One big reason for this choice was the all 304 SS construction even the faucet head body where most are plastic made to look like brushed SS. Not one speck of rust or corrosion as should be expected from 304 stainless. I have hard water with a lot of minerals, so I occasionally have the clean the faucet head orifices using white vinegar (acetic acid). I'm still thoroughly impressed with the function and durability of this fixture. I highly recommend this addition to any kitchen or bar!Update #4 - In service for 4 years now and still have flawless performance. I still say, this is by far the best addition I've made to my kitchen. This unit is top quality with 304 SS construction, including the head. This unit looks as good as it did the day I installed it. It never leaks a single drop! If your looking for this type of faucet for your kitchen sink, this one beats everything I've looked at hands down for quality, finish and function.

Initially we loved this faucet. It is very attractive and works well at first. However, after less than two years, we need to replace the entire unit.In the first year, the faucet began to drip at the rate of about one drop every thirty seconds. I replaced the faucet cartridge and that solved the problem. The problem reappeared a few months later. We also needed to replace the faucet hose and head.Now, after less than two years in service, the flow restrictor broke inside the faucet hose which blocked the flow of water. I removed the restrictor valve but the faucet does not work properly without it. The pressure is too great and water gets everywhere and continues to flow slowly for about twenty seconds after closing the faucet handle.The original seller apparently does not sell this part, so I need to either devise a custom flow restrictor or get a new faucet.Somewhat astonished that an expensive faucet like this would have so many problems. Will avoid this manufacturer in the future.
