Super sharp and comfortable to use
Sharp as a razor out of the box and i could reproduce that edge with just a few strokes through a basic sharpener. It's not bulky but it's comfortable for me to use even when peeling several pounds of red potatoes! Inexpensive but seems well worth it! Works better and sharper than paring knife I paid 7x more for.

Very sharp! So easy to cut with.
My last roommate had one of these knives, and while it did spot stain a bit (rust) on the blade, it never seemed like an issue. It was very slight, and the knife was so easy to cut veggies with, I didn't worry about it.I landed a deal, 2 for $12. They arrived today. I was so happy to use one tonight, until I forgot I was cutting with a razor sharp blade and... Well, it's just the tip of my thumb, and I'm still typing with it, so we're good.GREAT KNIVES! VERY SHARP!I recommend purchasing a generic first aid kit along with these knives if you don't already have one.

Nice bargain paring knife
Bought 3 of these (each a different color).Wife:Sharp out of the package.Blade work well or our needs.Handle is a comfortable - no hot spots.Reviews are overall very good.Keep the edge maintained and this paring knife should serve well. She really likes these paring knifes.

Got the Paring knife
Overall it is a decent paring knife. Didn't come as sharp as I was expecting it to, and while it does pass a paper test, I would have preferred it be much sharper. I'll be fixing that soon and if I remember, I'll get pictures taken and maybe a video of slicing some lemons paper thin.

Better than I expected-buying another color
This paring knife is affordable and worth more than $6. I mainly use it for cutting russet potatoes and it works great. The variety of colors also makes it easier to choose different colored knives for different foods to avoid cross contamination. I have a blue knife, will be ordering a red one next even though I have a red one already.
