Good enough
Its for big mouth. Easy to use. Its just not my type.

Doesn’t work - waste of money
After spending 15 minutes following instructions, it simply didn’t work and didn’t take my teeth shape or anything of the sort. It went flat and didn’t have any up volume to grab to my teeth. What a waste of money to learn the hard way. Not something that you can return after use!!

Excellent product, I’ve been wearing this guard for years. Yes, fitting process a bit awkward but if you just follow instructions carefully it fits fine. I do recommend getting a new one more often than I do (every 3 or so years); it gets yellowed and chewed but still works well.

Did not meet expectations

Easy to mold to my mouth, definitely helps with night time grinding. Recommended by our Dentist. Our puppy really liked it, he thought it was a great chew toy Ha Ha!

The only problem I had, and it's not the product's fault, was in centering it on my teeth. I didn't get it right, about a tooth off, but I trimmed it to even the length on both sides, and it works just fine. I believe it actually helps me keep my mouth closed while sleeping (I'm a mouth breather). And it only took one night for me to get used to having it in there. A great product at a great price.

The guard is too small. Work put into is too much. I did not expect or plan on doing the work. the product does not fit my mouth.
