Angus and Oink Tom Yum Noods Noodle Broth Seasoning 200g

Tastes incredibly bland.

I was excited to find this product because I lived in Thailand for several years & ate a lot of Tom Yum soup. I thought that this would be handy for a quick bowl of noodles. I wasn't expecting perfect flavour but this bears no resemblance at all to the real thing. It's very bland with an overriding flavour of paprika & cayenne - two ingredients that don't even feature in Thai cooking. Adding Thai soy sauce & chilli makes it more palatable, but I won't be buying it again.

Really loved this flavour, spicy and yummy. If you like ramen with a kick, this product won’t disappoint.
