Received a one off defective one?
Ordered this after building up a fair bit of anticipation after reading all the reviews and watching the gushing YouTube videos- sadly this strap arrived with excess fabric and glue sticking out one side, which looked out of place on a £5 strap let alone a £40 one. Feels ok on the wrist, silicone isn't soft but more of a Seiko divers plastic strap feel. Immediately returned, Barton online support said "send it back to Amazon"

Fairly good quality
Fits my 8.5" wrist decently but feels a but thin and flimsy on a larger heavier watch. Probably best on lighter and smaller models. Feels like it needs top be beefier. It is secure enough to use.

Not what I expected
I tried this on the Galaxy watch 4 classic. The quick release pins really stick out. Samsung's default straps have them well tucked in. Not a problem when I wear the watch loose, but it does bother me when I fasten the watch for a run.Another issue with this strap is that it appears skinny compared to the default straps. Although they are both 20mm straps the default ones are wider than the Barton straps.

Great product
As described ,nylon with silicone, great product high quality reasonable price, I do recommend this product and definitely will purchase again.Thanks Barton’s and Amazon

Broke fast
Loved the look and quality. But the spring in the band got stuck and I can not longer install it on my watch,Sucks cause it was very expensive.
