HOT WHEELS 2010 NEW MODELS 25 OF 44 GHOSTBUSTERS ECTO-1 WHITE WAGON

My daughter's really been into Ghostbusters for the past few months, which I thought was weird because I was a huge fan of them when I was her age, but also because I never showed her the movie, and couldn't figure out how she knew about them! One thing she'd been wanting was the Ecto-1, so this was an obvious buy. She's had hours of fun with it already, cruising around busting ghosts and Pokemon left and right.There's really not a whole lot to say about this car. It's the standard Hot Wheels size, has the great No Ghosts logo on the doors, as well as the other features that make it the Ecto-1. The top portion with all the gear is painted solid black, and missing a bit of detail that most hardcore fans would've loved to have, but it's understandable. The doors and hood don't open, but the wheels move perfectly. The only real complaint I have is that the gear portion is snapped on, but comes off pretty easily. It clips through holes in the back windows, but never fully snaps in place because one of the pegs is a bit short. 'no big deal though, but if you have small children who'll be playing with this, you may want to take it off beforehand, or glue it on for good.The Ecto-1 is a neat little collectible that many Ghostbusters fans have added to their collections since it came out. Unfortunately, a lot of sellers know that fans eat up any merchandise, and have been marking up the prices like crazy. As it is, anything under 10 bucks seems good to me, though half or less is much better of course. It's just plain cool having a little Ecto-1, and since my daughter loves it, that's all that matters. Get one or two now while the prices aren't too bad!

Ive always wanted an Ecto 1 hotwheels even before i ever saw them for sale. I happened to find this one and it was (to me) a very good deal!!!! And on top of finally having my own Ecto 1 hotwheels it arrived 1 day before the projected delivery window. Icing on the cake!!!! Thank you so much for having these collectables for nerds like me!!!Oh and for those who care about keeping it in the orginal packaging mine was prestine. Good job to these people.

I grew up a Ghostbuster until I was about 12. Even now at 30 I'd rather be a Ghostbuster. I have been re-watching The Real Ghostbusters with my son and he had to have "ECTO-1". I ordered this for him and it hasn't left his side since! It is well-built and has withstood everything he has thrown at it, he's three years old. I recommend this for Ghostbusters young and old!

This Ecto-1 is too cute. My young one recently found interest in the original Ghostbusters and I tried looking for original memorabilia for him. This was a hit. The top portion comes off and is plastic. The body is die-cast. It has been dropped numerous times and the paint has not chipped.
