I was surprised at how well this worked! We picked up a 'personal sauna box' for the house and I grabbed this for more of an entertainment factor than practical use.It's wool, like old-school wool. So it's a bit itchy, but it works, and once you get sweatin' it gets better.I thought it was hilarious and awesome, powerful and nimble. My wife thought I looked like some weirdo from a scary movie. I'll call it a draw, I've used it a few times with positive results.For under $20, this is a useable Viking hat for the sweatbox or a fun gift.

My teenager wanted this hat. I got him another version of a sauna hat which he actually wears often as just a regular hat. This one seems comparable--I think it looks really nice for the price. The horns are stuffed so they keep their shape. I popped it onto my 7 year old’s head and he looked amazing in it. It also fit my husband and me (I had room to spare). I'll update if my teenage son has any specific feedback after owning it for a while.

I've never heard of a Banya until I saw this. I was intrigued. I'm surprised that it looks exactly like the pictures. It's got eye holes but it will fit higher on the head so you don't have to use the holes. It feels to be made of wool and linen, which is correct for a proper banya.Sadly, I haven't been able to make it to the sauna to test the hat made for the sauna.It looks cool enough for 5 stars (:

Washed in cold water to get rid of the extra felt fibres and it shrunk so much our 6 year old can't wear it
