Paladone BT21 Line Characters Coffee Mug, 325 ml, Officially Licensed Merchandise

I loved everything about this! When I first got it, I was worried that it wouldn’t be large enough to use the large cup setting with my Keurig. It looks kind of short. But, there is plenty of room to use that setting as well as add your creamer. I love having it on my desk at work! So cute and adorable!

I can't give a review because I package doesn't have protection for the mug. When I pick up the bag I heard a noise. Before the opened I decided make a video. I found out it was broken. I didn't try open the product box.

So far enjoying my new mug. I was worried it would not make it safe, but it did came in with no cracks or broken. It is very cute and the colors are bright.

I have become a real FAN OF KPOP group BTS. I thought this mug would be nice to have. I like the size of it, not big nor heavy, yet solid.

Now..This would’ve been a five star all the way but…When you ship something that is breakable…Don’t send it to the customer in a plastic bag. You put it in a box with bubble wrap. Just saying.
