Its pretty easy to use and it's big enough. I havent used it much so I'll have to update later. But I have used the internet and it runs fast. Pretty good laptop for the price.Update 3.9.22:I still the laptop is great. The few things I noticed...Volume isnt that loud. My phone sounds better than the laptop. However, you can connect the laptop to a bluetooth speaker or headphones and you're good to go. So I like that.I was able to join a zoom 8hr training with the laptop but it was a little slow. I'm not sure if it was my wifi (the weather was super windy that day) or if it was the laptop.That's it so far! Hope it helps!

No Ethernet or HDMI, but easy too use, and had 2 USB ports and 2 USB C ports. Comes with Microsoft 365.

I have to admit, I was a bit scared buying this. Once it arrived I was blown away, just judging by the boxing, you can tell they really care about their product. The laptop is a great laptop for office type work and it pretty sturdy. It's very thin and light. Overall I would definitely get it again.

First thing... there are SEVERAL viruses and malware that Windows Defender and the Microsoft Safety Scanner found that CAN NOT be removed! came built-in... the Chinese government will pay for all of its crimes one day. I guess this can be fixed only by replacing the SSD hard drive.Second, the screen is absolutely horrible - it reminds me of the LCD screens from 20 years ago, the colors are very bad, the viewing angle is 0, even if you look straight on, each head movement even the smallest one will cause changes to the viewing experience, and most importantly the blacks don't exist in this screen - a black color will look like a dim white because you can see the led light from behind the screen humiliating the screen. Absolutely not acceptable in 2022.Otherwise, for light work, like web browsing and word processing, the computer runs OK. lasts 3-4 hours on batteries.I wouldn't have bought it had I known all of this before, but I guess I deserve it, you get what you pay for.

Brought this for streaming and hate it.Only connects to low speed wifi. Drops mic audio so no one can hear you. Horrible processor lags a lot. Overheats and turns off

I have been using this laptop for about a month now and there have been no problems at all. The screen picture is great, I might recommend some ear phones though to increase the sound volume. Over all I am happy with this purchase.

I needed a new laptop for home use. My old laptop was almost 15 years old. I was looking for an extended keyboard and this product had just what i was looking for at an exceptional price.

This is a very good laptop except for one thing, it is very difficult to hear many things even with the volume control is turned up to 100.
