After a few uses the contraption that goes on your headrest to hold the tv up for viewing just came apart. This happened as we were setting up the car in the morning for a day trip and springs went everywhere and my child started crying thinking he couldn't watch the movie he was about to put in then he had to hold it in his hands with his head down to view it the entire trip... I guess we need to get velcro to put up to hold it but our car is a convertible and I really don't want a velcro eye sore stuck to the back on my headrest for all to see... Disappointing.

Horrible.... it worked for 8 hours and now the disk won't turn can't use anymore. And because I ordered early so we would have it for our trip I can't return it and now I wasted all that money!! Please let me return or replace it. Just sitting on main screen and won't load.

This product would have been the best if the speaker was in the front, instead of the back of the player which is up against the headrest of the seat it is attached to. I have a little one that isn't very good with the headset yet. If it would of had a speaker in the front I would've love it.

I really love this DVD players screen. That being said it will not play Disney dvds. (Silver looking ones) I guess something Disney did to protect people from pirating movies won’t work with this player and since I bought it for my toddler that’s pretty much all I use it for I wish I would have known before I purchased it.

This is a great DVD picture quality is very good but I have to send it back because sometimes I was driving and my son was watching a movie in the and he used to tell me that he cannot see anything and noticed that the metal that is connected to headrest it's not a strong enough to keep the DVD in place I bought 3 DVDs from the same company and they all have the same problem I want to make sure that people understand the the picture quality is awesome but they're going to have to fix that problem

I absolutely love how big the screen is and how clear the picture is ,perfect. Love how it comes with all the right cords and a extention cord to be able to reach long distances. Comes with large remote that you can clearly read the buttons. Comes with a bracket to make attaching the screen to your headrest so easy, I've had ones before that were velcro and hated it my hair always got stuck in the velcro. This one you just squeeze each side and slide it in between the post of the headrest . Very easy to install and then plug it in and your ready to use.

I ordered two of these for a road trip in November and they have been great until recently. One of them will no longer play DVDs. It just spins very loud for a minute and then stops. I wouldn't order these again.

Just received this and went to put it in my truck, I was expecting tools and time to be needed. Nope! It literally takes seconds to install. The plastic piece that goes between the headrest poles is spring loaded so it holds itself between the poles. Very sturdy! The picture is fantastic! Don't expect loud speakers though. We have it going through the truck speakers on the FM transmitter that is built in! Works perfect! Kids love it! Large screen!
