Dise this fit 2000 tacoma extended cab SR5 4x4 6 lug truck?

I would say yes they do because they're on the back of my 2000 Tundra SR5 4x4 regular cab. I installed these in May of 2019 on my first gen Tundra and in 2021 they are still holding a true wear. But i also paired these with 2 new Raysbestos drums (really good drum no warpage or out of round) Also have Bosch quiet pads on front of rig with same results. I think Bosch has always made a good product on everything. But sorry..... My answer is YES they should fit

Will this fit on 16 inch rims?

They fit inside the drums. So if you can already fit 16 rims over the drums, then they will fit

It says it doesnt fit my 2001 4runner limted. Why is that?

Working fine

Installed on a 1999 Gen 3 Toyota 4Runner Limited 2wd. I hate drum brakes, but they went on quickly. Added new spring set and cylinder to each side.

Any Bosch products are awesome

Very good shoe. Worked perfect on my first gen tundra. You may need to purchase self adjuster kit also. Update going on 3 years and the shoes are still in good shape with about half of the lining left. Worked great with new wheel cylinder and new drums made by Raysbestos. But my drums are starting to warp which is going to happen. Everything fit great on my 2000 Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 4.7L standard cab 8ft bed . Very happy with Bosch pads and shoes
