2021 Newest Dell Business Laptop Latitude 3520, 15.6" FHD IPS Backlit Display, i7-1165G7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Webcam, WiFi 6, USB-C, HDMI, Win 10 Pro

After 2 days laptop suddenly starts to shutdown and i did know why . Then the windows wouldn't boot and start beeping always and shows no bootable drive

Compré esta computadora con mucho esfuerzo y al llegar me doy cuenta que la caja estaba en malas condiciones haciendome pensar que no era nueva, al abrirla todo parecia nuevo sin embargo la use por solo 6 dias hasta que un dia la encendi y de la nada dejó de funcionar, se quedo la pantalla en negro y solo el boton de ON estaba encendido. No se podia apagar ni hacer nada. Entonces entre a la pagina de DELL para checar la garantia y resulta que esta habia vencido en Noviembre 2022, lo que me confirmó que NO era un equipo Nuevo como dice la publicacion. La regrese a Amazon y aun no me reembolsan mi dinero poor lo que no puedo comprar otra en nigun lugar. Estoy muy frustrado.

I bought the version: i7-1165G7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD.3 months later my laptop suddenly stopped working completely. I contacted Dell support and in about 2 weeks they checked my laptop and changed the motherboard of the laptop and the problem continued, the laptop did not turn on, no sign of life, when removing the SSD they found that the pc turned on normally. However, Dell could not cover the warranty on the SSD because it was not the original of the laptop, it was a low quality SSD. They also noticed that one of the RAM memories was not original. They left my computer without working because the warranty did not cover changed parts. A $1,298.95 product with a low-quality SSD that was crippling the entire system. Amazon offered me the option to return the product without any problem, however, I am an international customer and this represents a tax expense of $260 so I preferred to purchase a new SSD. I contacted the seller and he offered me the option to buy an SSD and return the cost of it (Western Digital SN570, for about $80), I don't think a premium laptop should use a low performance SSD, I ended up buying a Western Digital SN850 SSD myself.I do not recommend buying such an expensive product with parts that are not original and that you will not be able to count on the guarantee from Dell.

The product (computer) came with no warranty. When add the cost of the warranty I had to buy from Dell, it is cheaper to buy a new one with a warranty directly from Dell. Their products are overpriced and under supported.

dejo de funcionar, utilice la garantia de dell y ahora se paraliza por cualquier motivo y dell ya no quiso solucionarme nada.
