This is my second order-l am please with this product for it’s restful sleep with no morning drag—it has help me lose about 10 lbs without really harsh dieting

These work great and leave me feeling good in the morning. I usually feel pretty crumby when I take any sleeping pills. This is the first one that doesn’t seem to have a lingering effect in me in the morning. I take one about 30 minutes before I want to be asleep and off I go… Unfortunately it doesn’t exactly “burn” any fat that I can tell, but that’s likely because of other life choices. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a mild sleeping pill besides melatonin.

I had high hopes for this as someone who is both looking to slim down and loves a good night’s sleep. Upon opening the bottle, they had the worst smell, it literally smelt like a garbage dump in a bottle, but I thought maybe that’s just something to expect. For the first 2-3 days, things felt normal. I took I woke up looking—and weighing—the same amount, and I slept the same as I always did, despite this product supposedly having melatonin.But the 4th night is when everything started to kick in, and not in a good way. I took it the same as I usually do, and went to sleep the same as I usually did. But then, about an hour into snoozing, I jolted myself awake, the way the body does when it feels like you’re falling, and I instantly felt pain everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. There were parts of my body in pain that I had never experienced pain from before. I was sweating profusely, my vision was going in an out, my heartbeat felt like I had just finished a 15 minute non-stop run, I was shaking like crazy, and I’m pretty sure that for a brief moment I was clinging onto my comforter for life. And I was in this state all night.Eventually I calmed down but only slightly, and every time I drifted off it truly felt like if I had closed my eyes I would not wake up the next day. So I stayed up. The next day I felt so sick, I vomited at work twice and had to go home. I was feverish, shaky, and had the worst anxiety.I am a 5’4”, 130 lbs, 22 year old female. I have no medical conditions, allergies, or mental illnesses. I have never experienced such misery in my life from a supplement, or anything really. I stopped taking these pills instantly. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times about my experience and wanting to know what went wrong, and never heard back. I’ve provided pictures of the capsules and what the powder in them looks like as well, because I thought they looked a bit funny. Please spare yourself and disregard the positive reviews, this supplement is a literal nightmare.

I have taken the gummies for 2 weeks and trying to lose 10lbs , and so far I’ve lost 3lbs, but since I’ve taken them I’ve had mostly severe gas pain and diarrhea. It does help me sleep better, and curb my appetite.

Seems to be helping me lose a few pounds and I do rest better at night. Still trying to find the energy boost but this is only week 2 of taking them. So far seems to be effective in most areas.

If you are not familiar with melatonin like I was, adjusting dosage to one gummy is heavily recommended. I was too sleepy with two gummies. This is very effective in that I slept really well and had no jitters. When sleeping, you are not eating, so it worked really well as an appetite suppressant.

I have been taking it for 3 months, I do exercises for 3 or 4 days a week and I do not lower it for anything. I put on two stars, why should it work.
