I have recently cut off caffeine from my diet cold turkey, and as Dr Brain mentioned, I had headaches for several days and struggled with bad fatigue and just feeling plain 'o SAD. As a new mom & full-time college student I need all of the focus and energy I could possibly get. So, since I trust the advice from Dr Brain in general, I chose to try his supplements and it worked like a charm. To me, they worked quicker than I thought they would. I worked out twice today, was able to clean, do homework, and a lot more without feeling like DANG I NEED CAFFEINE. He's right, caffeine is terrible for you & adptogens are the way to go for a more natural and healthy way to be focused and energized. They're pricy but well worth it!

I’m glad I found this supplement. Helps with a “blighter mind”. I am sensitive to medications and feel slightly mellow (not sedated) with Ashwaganda portion of it. I recommend but take all ingredients into consideration for your Individual health.

Awesome Memory and Focus!!! Love this product and many of the Brain MD Supplements

For many years I have suffered from severe mental fatigue as I can remember who months where I fight sleep behind the wheel or nod off at work regardless of the prior nights sleep. I am also very sensitive to caffeine or other energy products. So i started to take this product one pill a day and I have noticed after a day or two that my mind almost doesn’t fatigue. The BrainMD doesn’t give me more physical energy or mental energy like drinking a couple cups of coffee but it makes a huge difference in my overall alertness during the day. So if your story is similar to mines I suggest trying this product because it’s amazing.A couple side effects I’ve noticed is a slight regurgitation taste in the back of throat if I take this with food. I have taken it without food and have had no side effects but I’m not sure if this needs to be take with food or not.Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone , but even as a one time purchase I’d suggest giving this product a try

I’ve taken this product as directed, and I feel more scattered than I did before taking it. It is not helped my memory at all in fact I feel like it’s made it worse, sorry to say. Also there is no energy I feel from this product I’m still, tired all day long! So don’t waste your time or money my opinion sorry.

First, I was diagnosed with ADD nearly 30 years ago, so I've had quite a long experience with different methods and medications to help alleviate the symptoms (focus, impulse control, etc). This product is OK as far as what it is supposed to do. I feel like it works better after it's been used regularly for a couple of weeks, and in conjunction with something like L-Tyrosine. A healthy diet of lean protein, veggies, and fruit, and low sugar intake helps it work better as well. Is it a miracle replacement for prescription ADD/ADHD meds if you struggle with severe ADD symptoms? I would be skeptical of that. But I do feel like it raises the baseline somewhat so that when I'm not taking ADD meds (weekends, holidays, etc.) I don't feel as forgetful, distracted, and generally, "foggy" than before I began using this product. I only gave it three stars due to the price; it's fairly expensive all things considered. $10-$15 bucks cheaper and this would be a 4-5 star review.

As a pro poker player, you only make money when your brain is at its best. I use this in combo with Brain MD Brain and Memory boost (not on Amazon sadly) When I run out my win rate goes way down, and when I take this I feel like I gain 20 IQ points. Its subtle, not a stimulant. Eventually you just realize you are making fewer mistakes and better decisions with more focus. This is not the "limitless" drug, but consider it something that could help 20%. In my field that's huge.
