I’ve had a welding helmet for the last 12 years never gave much thought about all the scratches until I could not see a thing I got these and had to cut them to size and viola my helmet is as good as new great purchase

This product fits so good for my welding hood.

Total junk I’ve been welding for 10 plus years and bought these since no one has any other in stock local . Put them in my helmet and go to weld like any other day doing an over head with my arms fully extended laying on the floor with hard wire at 25.0 …. 30 minutes later this is what I end up with and a wrecked welding helmet . Don’t buy unless you plan on only using for tack welding these are junk

So I was looking for a bunch of replacement outer lenses for a quick job, and these do the job...somewhat? They protect my photosensitive probes and the auto dimming screen (though I did have to trim to fit). HOWEVER, while using GMAW process, I had to quick halt everything because the heat literally made it curl away and shrivel up almost like if you took a heat gun to a CD. Because of this, I got just a few bebes on my auto dimming screen but really, what did I expect to receive when I didn't order direct from a welders supply?

The clear protective plates came oversized and I had to cut them down using my old plate as a straight edge to cut.

These lenses are the wrong size they are bigger than advertised
