These work with a good heat gun
There are some in the pack I will never use but they work.

Nice product
Nice product, easy to use with all of the different sizes and makes a good seal when you use a heat gun.

does what it says
haven't had any issues using these. they seem to work well and do what it claims to do. decent buy. I probably won't ever need to buy more but I would if I ever ran out.

These worked better than expected.
When I was young, my electronics teacher taught me to always solder, heatshrink and tape every connection. I've followed that very religiously all my life. I was about the embark on a large wiring project requiring about 200 complex solder joints. In many cases, it would be running 3 wires on one side, with 1 on the other. Wires were very small and annoying to work with. I pondered that perhaps I could "try" using these to save time. So long as the solder and heatshrink worked, I could make my shop teacher proud.I was using a heat gun for these, and that appeared to be hot enough. Few things I discovered:1) You need to heat these a lot longer than normal heat shrink. You need to actually watch for the solder to liquify before you remove the heat.2) Unlike normal solder, the heat shrink wrap keeps the solder liquid for up to a minute. As such, you need to wait a good minute before you test the joint. This is the spot I normally screwed up.3) The solder definitely has a lower melting point, so it liquifies sooner. However on thicker wires (i.e. 14 gauge) it took a LONG time to get to this state. For larger wires I would sometimes see the wrap burn through during the heating process.4) The 200 odd joints all worked, and sealed.5) I was building an RGB cable, and there are four wires in each joint. I would finish these wires with these solder tubes, and then apply one large heatshrink to the whole bundle. In the end all my connections were good and no issues in the resulting connections. Just make sure you don't tug on the wires too soon. These don't work well on larger (14 gauges) wires. They CAN work, but I don't like them.I found that the red ones were the best size for almost every connection I worked with. My wires were mostly 18 and 20 gauge.

Nice idea but don't expect an as good result as a regular soldering
This is a neat idea and it works but don't expect an as good result as a regular soldering. It will never be as sturdy as if you solder the wire yourself. The mix of low heat solder and the shrinking sleeve make for a good connection. They are easy to use once you find the right temperature to shrink them. At first, they are tricky, not shrinking enough or melting too much instead of shrinking. But once you get the hang of it, you'll like them!
