This hamster cage albeit a little fiddly to set up is the perfect size for my dwarf hamster. She loves it and after some tightening and loosening of the wheel it runs smoothly and silently so i can sleep with her in my room. It’s very cute and the bars are the right spacing. I think it would be a little small for a syrian but it’s perfect for dwarves with plenty of room for bedding. Only thing i will say is the clips are a little tough to get on and stretch the bars somewhat but not enough for my hamster to escape so no problem really.

Little tricky to put together, the little metal clips came off easily so had to be careful. Put the platform in with the cute ladder...my little hammy chewed it to bits straight away. Had to buy a wooden one to replace it, yes he chews that too but no where near as quickly. I didn't use the wheel as I had another one already that I wanted to use so can't say what the wheels like. The cage itself is great, I love the big openings so I can actually get things in and out without smacking my fingers on the metal. Unfortunately I can't undo the sides to clean properly. Now its put together it's kinda stuck. I have to scoop all the dirty wood shavings out through the roof with the platform in the way but it's not the end of the world. The size of this cage is perfect through. Syrian hamsters need a big wheel and a lot of cages aren't tall enough, this one is. My little cutiepie is able to get lots of exercise without hurting his back and that's the main thing

Very poor quality.

I bought this for mice but they escaped, (thankfully they stayed close to the cage so I found them easily)... it's a lovely cage but better for larger rodents like hamsters or rats

it’s a super good cage, fits a decent amount of bedding and can fit toys, sand bath and others. the only problem is it’s pretty small for a hamster and it can’t really run around, i’m going to be upgrading to a bigger cage soon as my hamster is only a few weeks old but it’s a really nice cage overall!

took alot longer than expected to put together and the clips didnt fit properly luckily there was a review that helped alot it explained that if you put the clips in hot water and bend them slightly they fit alot better, if this review wasn’t there i wouldve had to send the item back. i didnt put the other level on as it wouldnt stay put safely enough for me to feel okay about my little chunk going on it but its an okay product
