SatisfyeRyze Pads for Xbox (5 Thumbsticks) - Comfort and Precision Thumb Pads, Gaming Accessories Compatible with Xbox One/Series S/Series X Controller

Coming from Kontrol Freak and not having much complaints about those i can safely say after buying one of the Nintendo Switch Grips from Satisfye i had to try these and as always perfection, i will continue to buy the products from Satisfye way to go!

I love these. The grippiness is amazing but comes at a price. The rubbery material is soft and with a lot of play wears down and the edge of the plastic comes through. I don't use the swivel one so I don't care about that but the fixed ones are great. Just wish they were a lot more durable at this price.

I wanted to like these. The design is brilliant. They're super comfy. But any serious game time on these and the raised pattern that makes them grippy rubs right off. I kept finding black particles all over my white controller wondering where it came from then realized all the thumbcaps were just glossy and smooth.Also, these fit the xbox joystick so poorly. They spin, unintentionally, at the point where they grip. This isn't an issue on the ps5 version which is why i bought a second pair for my xbox in the first place.It's a shame cause the design on these is brilliant but pretty much everything else fails. Especially at such a ridiculously high price point. Give these a pass and get some FPS freeks.

TL;DR: Do business with a different company.I bought a set of grips for the XB1 controller direct from the company as a Christmas gift. The package arrived a few days before the 25th and they came missing the vaunted swivel grip. Just an empty spot in the case. So much for a "new" product. I contacted customer support and they sent me a swivel grip that didn't fit. It had "PS" on the underside, so I figured I'd see if it was worthy of the hype and tried to slip it onto my OEM Sony PS4 controller as they advertise that the grips fit PS4 and PS5 controllers. It wouldn't fit at all. It actually gouged a chunk out of the thumbstick. It did fit the Switch Pro Controller, but that's not what they claim. Keep in mind that this "replacement" didn't arrive until January, so I couldn't give this to my friend for Christmas even if it was the right part. I contacted CS again, and they said they'd send out the correct grip. Come February and I still hadn't received the grip so I tried contacting them again. It's now April 26th CS has been ignoring my emails ever since.Do business with a different company.

The swivel pad is extremely sensitive (spins too much). All Ryze pads rotate while on the thumbsticks. This isn't an issue unless you try and use the notched pads, so when you want to align the pad to the position of your thumb it won't make it through a match without having to rotate it back in place. These were issues I found right after I got at the launch of the product. The lastest issue I have is the grip does not seem to be lasting very long. The picture shows the wear after less than 3 months. Most of the textured grip is now gone. Stick with control freeks, they are cheaper and last longer.EDIT: Now at 4 months the thumbsticks grip is almost worthless. The texture is completely gone. Don't plan on this product lasting too long. Also Satisfye will not even respond to any emails I've had addressing these issues. The only response I get from them is an auto response telling me they will respond to all emails within 48 hours of receiving them. It's been months with multiple emails and no response.

I ordered the thumb grips and one of them was different from how they advertised on their site. I email“Team Satisfye” about the differences in the thumb grips and sent photos of the differences. They informed me it was the same as their web site, so l decide to return them. Long story short l’ve yet to receive my refund, this is almost two month. It was received by one of their Team name “Anthony” and by UPS. Don’t trust Satisfye because if you return any of their products you will not get your refund.

I’ve had fairly good experiences with Satisfye products prior to this (loved my zengrip go for my switch lite) and I’ve been majorly into Halo Infinite recently, so I thought I’d give these grips a try.Turns out they’re lovely.. for one of my two controllers. For whatever reason these grips fit my stock Xbox Series X controller great, but are pretty loose on the controller I got from Xbox Design lab. They swivel around while I’m playing (even the ones that *aren’t* intended to do that) which is incredibly distracting. A product this expensive, promising a top-of-the-line experience shouldn’t have such quality control issues. Also, another thing to note, I’ve tried out two different sets for of these with the same results on both. At least they’re consistent I guess.But, with all of this being said, when I play with them on my stock controller they’re fantastic! Grippy, comfortable, nice materials, the whole 9 yards. If my experience was just with this controller it’d probably be 5/5 stars from me, but that’s just not the case unfortunately.I think the Xbox variant specifically likely needs to be taken back to the drawing board to work out the quality control kinks, which is a shame seeing that I don’t really have any desire to use these on my other consoles.

The media could not be loaded. Got these because Satisfye Ryze Pads donated to Dr Disrespect. I love them so far. The price may be a bit steep but that may be due supply and demand. Then again they do feel very solid and don't slip or fall off during gameplay. Makes aiming feel a lot smoother. If you don't mind dropping $40 on these, I'd recommend them.
