If u r talking about something to hang the hose( etc.) on, Lowe’s, Home Depot and any variety of hardware stores will have several choices

What size would work well for an air compressor hose?

I used the 28” size for a 75’ garden hose that is 5/8” in diameter. For air compressor hose, the 17” or 22” should work fine depending on the length of the hose.

What is the minimum wrap size that each size can be adjusted down to?

Because of the way we oriented the hook and loop, every strap can be wrapped down as tight as you need them too

Can you use this as an extension handle for a foldable wagon?

The Easy-Carry handle has straps the are 2.5 inches wide; the velcro sewn onto the 22 inch long strap can easily adjust from 8 inches long to about 18 inches in length if the velcro overlap is 2.5 inches long. If your foldable wagon will accommodate this handle and is a reasonable weight, it should work. I use mine with a canvas tote and it is a very comfortable handle.
