Make sure you ordering the correct head- Gen1or Gen2.
This is the second time I ordered because I didn’t realize that there is 2 different types of facial hair removal ( Gen 1 and Gen 2 ). The first order was for the Gen 1. I didn’t know this until they came and wouldn’t fit. Once I got the heads for the Gen2 everything was ok.

Knock off rip off
Rip off. I purchased the correct refills for my device and the first one exploded off the end and broke the device. These are low-quality knock-offs. Not happy.

Don’t buy THESE replacement heads! Buy elsewhere!!
I dislike the fact that you have to go over and over and over the same spot to “maybe feel/see results”.Better off just buying a new flawless. Almost same price. So the company that makes this is probably making money while we’re just screwed. Amazon should dump them!

Where to get the right replacements.
Very disappointed with this item, did not fit my Flawless hair removal!!! What happened to the original Flawless replacement? I can’t find them anywhere! I will be returning them.

Flawless and its whirling blades—your most important tools for daily self-care!
My whole life I was an obsessive tweezer. In the beginning, it was bushy eyebrows—okay, a unibrow! Then I had several stiff hairs that remained in the wake of a removed mole. As I grew older, the lurking mustache and chin hairs started getting darker—at the same time my eyes began to fail me. I plucked morning and evening and sometimes actually shaved. And each time I did, I regretted doing so when everything grew out sharper and darker...and all at once! And then, those little enemies started turning white and became even more invisible! When Flawless first came out, it was mentioned on the Today show as the hosts were rating new TV and internet products. I overheard the discussion, but didn't see the product or remember the name of it. All I remembered was the user saying the product performance was surprisingly positive.I felt frustrated that I had missed out on a possible solution. I was so happy when a year or so later, Flawless showed up on an ad. This time I was ready to capture the information. I ordered the Flawless, received it, and have been socially acceptably smooth ever since...except for the few days it took me to reorder blades this last time because I forgot to plan ahead! If you are someone like me who needs to worry about facial hair, get a Flawless. And don't forget to reorder when you use your second-to-last blade cartridge. You never know when you are concentrating on one a particular spot and fail to notice you are too close to your coiffure.I think there have only been one or two blades that actually got too dull to use. They really last. It's the hair on my head that usually kills a blade. Once, it killed my Flawless too, because I burned out its tiny motor testing whether I had cleared the stuck hair from the blade. (But it was several years old and I replaced it with a new and improved model with even slicker blades.)Clean your blades often and pull your hairstyle back. Your Flawless and those wonderful little blades will satisfy your beauty needs for a good long time. You will go out feeling confident and fuzz-free.
