purchased this for my sim drifting rig with a g920 wheel, this does work with the g920/g29/g27/g923 if your using it on pc this does not work for xbox or playstation 4/5 unless you wire it to the button on the motherboard of the wheel, so far the thing is amazing. theres a couple reviews on here talking about the usb cable being held in with glue and that is not the case at all, it has a cover that the pcb board is held on to and that has a slot for the cable to stick inside and be held down firmly, ive been yanking on this for the last 5 hours straight and have yet to pull any cords like others clamed, this is truly the best bang for your buck, the only con about the whole thing is the guide bolts on the side tend to rub on the metal housing of the unit causing slight noise when pulling the handbrake hard, ive fixed this by adding a tiny bit of dielectric grease where the two points make contact and has helped alot

Doesn't work in game. Registers as a device on the OS and selectable in game (dirt 2.0) as an e-brake, but does nothing. I waited too long to try and return it to get my money back, which is why I'm giving a bad review. Quality for me seems good. If it worked it would be solid to use if attached properly. Came with various length bolts and nuts as well. The price was right compared to others. Don't wait a month like me to see if it actually works and you would probably get your money back. I'm also familiar with Arduino and these ebrakes don't look terribly difficult as a small project. So the hardware and board is still useful to me. Over all as a usb device I and others expect it to just work. Especially if using windows 10 (modern, common operating system)

Defective from the start. Comes with a cheap USB cable different from whats advertised and the USB cable is plugged directly on the circuit board micro SD port without any good support. When plugged to the computer, the system and all games recognize the controller as a ANNX handbreak but the magnet sensor does not work. When doing the test in the game controller settings and trying to calibrate the hanbreak, the slider is at 100% regardless of the lever position. The aluminum construction is OK but the arduino module and mounting plate could use a better design. Returned it right away.

Don't be tempted to save a few $ getting this handbrake. While it did work with my setup (PC playing DR2.0, WRCG and EA WRC) it stopped working after like 2 months. Won't register at all on USB. Also, the action feels pretty bad and the spring without elastomer is really "snappy." I ended up spending a few more $ on the MOZA HBP and it is much, much better.
