This product was recommended to me by an Ayurvedic practitioner, to help get lymph moving and ease my chronic hives. I've been taking it regularly for about 2 months now and my hives are now almost gone. I've also been taking black seed oil to help with the inflammation, and I use dry brushing and try to exercise a bit each day to get the lymph moving in order to flush out toxins. Manjistha is a great bowel cleanse, and very gentle. It does make your poop very red though, so don't be alarmed - this is normal. I was taking 2 caps after every meal when my condition was at it's worst. Now I take 2 caps once per day only. I've just ordered my second bottle.

I found the name of this nutrient online searching for help with my digestion and stomach problems that started occurring now that I'm deep into perimenopause. I have been taking this for a month now and my stomach problems have improved 75%. My bowels are almost operating as they used to and I once again feel good. I highly recommend this product. Nothing in the past 3 years has ever come close to the results I have experienced with this product!

Good product

I took this to clear out my lymphatic system because I was having some unusual swelling in my hands, feet and ankles. I took 2 caps in the morning and 1 in the evening (as recommended on the label) and I didn't notice a significant difference in the swelling after finishing the entire bottle. It did give me a little bit of an energy boost though so 3 stars for that. However I would not recommend this to reduce swelling, water retention or to support your lymphatic system.
