It started having a click sound after 3 months
Now the product is lagging and with click sounds right after the return period ended. I dont know what to do.

I have been using this for about an year now. You get around 2.72TB of usable space. I dont use any of the default software, so cant say much about it but I love its relatively small form factor and that it does not make much noise. Transfers are very fast with USB 3.0. One negative point to note is that when the HDD goes into sleep mode after idle time, it will take 10-15 seconds for it to wake up when you open any of its folders. So, you will have a hung windows explorer for a 10-15 seconds. This is not really a problem but just putting it out there. YMMV
