Awesome Shade Sail!
First let me tell you I am a 56 year old woman. I only tell you this so that other women won't be intimidated by this easy to instal shade sail. It comes with three tie down pieces of rope that were plenty long enough. I used three eye bolts, two carabiners and one turnbuckle to tighten it once it was attached to the eye bolts. This will make it easy to take down if we have a storm or heavy winds. I live in Sacramento where it gets HOT so our current umbrella wasn't enough. Adding the shade sail to our existing umbrella will make our deck nice all summer!I've included some photos here to show how perfectly it covers our patio. The photo of the little thing that looks like a shark is what I used to support the long side of the sail. No clue what this thing is called (got it from my local ACE Hardware) but you can attach a rope through the eye and turn the little dial on the top to clamp it to a sagging side of the sail (if you have this issue) to lift it nicely. Hope this helps!

Consider ourselves experts
We have strung shade screens for years - here in the Southwest. This is an excellent product. Much higher quality than the shades I bought at Costco several years ago. The screen material is heavier weight. That produces more shade against the sun. The hardware and stitching are heavy duty. We see little chance the material will stretch like other shades we have used.Excellent instructions along with cautions on how not to attach, etc. Heavy duty hardware included, if needed. We purchased both triangle and rectangle shades, and overlaid them to fit our specific dimensions. So glad we found this product!

Been up a few weeks, so far so good. It's been through a couple moderate wind 'events' with no issues. We got the 16'5 x 16'5 x 22'11 right triangle in dark gray. It's a bit tricky to get the 3 corners the right tension so that the triangle is held evenly.Pro Tip (or word from a guy who learned the lessons first):- Temporarily tie the corners with the ropes until you get all 3 corners correctly located. My mistake was trying to pull 2 corners tightly together, and there was no way the 3rd corner was going to pull correctly as it was out of shape. Once I loosened it up, I was able to go around and tighten the 3 anchor ropes until it was just right.

the shade sail did the job beautifully. The sail itself was not difficult to put ...
We purchased this sail for two reasons, to keep part of the pool shaded from the hot afternoon sun (Tucson, AZ!) and to block the view of the neighbors' back yard from the pool deck. As you can see from the "before" and "after" pictures taken from the top of the deck, the shade sail did the job beautifully.The sail itself was not difficult to put up; the difficulty was in figuring out where exactly to install the attachment points on the casita and the adjacent block wall, in order to create the privacy we wanted.Yesterday I noticed that by late afternoon with the sail up, the pool temperature was already 2 degrees cooler than the day before (outside temperature was 101). This is important because above-ground pools in the direct Arizona sun all day long will get too hot to enjoy as the summer progresses. Partial shade is critical!During the installation process, the sail ended up in the pool (or sections of it) a few times, but it dries immediately, water running through it like a sieve ~ also important given our summer monsoon thunderstorms! All in all, I am very pleased with the sail, and in fact I'm thinking of purchasing a second one to give us even more privacy.One more thing: LyShade's customer service is exceptional. Originally the sail was purchased for another application that didn't work out. I'd initiated a return, then realized we could use it above the pool. The return process resulted in some confusion, but I began dealing directly with LyShade via email, and they couldn't have been more courteous, supportive, and helpful. I highly recommend both LyShade's customer service AND their shade sail! :}

Good quality, Limited Coverage, Check Installation Size
So far so good. First of all we bought this as a privacy cover for our pool area from our 2 story neighbors versus using it as a shade area. The quality appears to be good and it went through a good test. We had a really bad storm (60mph wind gusts) and this thing held on with no damage. Houses in the area that were under construction collapsed during the storm, but this shade survived. I thought the posts holding it would snap before this thing would break. The downsides are the shape and size. The image shows the long side as not being as curved as the short sides, but it is curved just as much. You lose a lot of coverage because of how much the sides are curved. The other issue is the dimensions provided. Ours is slightly bigger, which wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't set the posts based on the dimensions provided. I set the posts 18' apart (dimensions say 16' 5") to account for turn buckles. This thing connects directly to each post with them at 18', it is not as tight as it should be, but it works. It is also not a perfect right triangle, so you do have to offset the one post to account for the shape.

Excellent shade sail!
The shade sail is made of very good quality fabric and is a good fit. It worked so well this summer that I got another one for a spare. It's also super fast and easy to take down and put back up again if wanted? Be sure to un-screw all turnbuckle ends to their outermost positions and then get a good stretch when mounting everything. Then little by little, as the sail stretches every few days, simply tighten each end a little bit. A happy sail is a functioning tight sail. As the sail ages it won't require as much tightening to keep it's form. Another unintended bonus is that it helps keep our patio area dry during light rains. It isn't "rainproof" but does as good job of this anyway. Every little bit of keeping things a bit drier for us and our dogs is helpful.

I like the look
I like the look, the added shade for the patio and the quality thus far seems to stand up to the elements. Disappointed that the size indicated is not quite the finish size of each of the sails. 16.5x16.5.22'11 finish product is 15'9" X 15'9" X 21'8" I wouldn't trust the nylon rope provided so I went to home depot and purchased stainless steel cable. I'd purchase again.
