HBR's 10 Must Reads on Collaboration (with featured article "Social Intelligence and the Biology of Leadership," by Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis)

fabulous book. looks at work groups from a standpoint of group standards to organization standards to merger/joint venture activities. Im dealing with the difference gradient, it outlines several subtleties. Borrrowed the book 6 months ago and it was important enough that i decided i needed to own it personally.

Good one.
