The product was a lil different than the picture. The wrapper had silver wrapper instead of white but I sure hope it works as the original and that the wrapper has nothing to do but Other than that its clean and packaged and sealed perfectly.

I bought this because my sister-in-law overseas used it for six months and had great results. She warned me about the side effects, which were spot on! For example:1. Take the pill (or root, if you bought that version) right after your heaviest meal.2. Drink as much water as you can during the day. I did over a liter daily.3. After the meal/pill, stay close to your favorite bathroom...My personal side effects, which may vary by person:1. Even with all the water, I got DAILY headaches.2. I was grumpy most of the time, but that could have been a result of the bathroom runs and headaches.3. I could not work out because my body ached all over. Although working out isn't necessarily required, it certainly expedites weight loss.4. I didn't have stomach cramps.5. Bathroom breaks were not out of the ordinary...So, I stopped taking the pills because of the side effects, but I will begin again this week to see if I have similar feels. If I can tolerate the headaches, I'll continue because I believe the pills work.I'll do a follow-up review next month.
