SM-AFR Air/Fuel Ratio UEGO Wideband Oxygen O2 Sensor + MultiGauge Link Combo with Bosch LSU4.9 O2 Sensor for Smartphone Apple/Android Interface

The wideband works great. I replaced my stock narrow band and I am feeding it from the 0-1v output. By replacing my stock narrow band and having no gauge to mount installation was quick and easy. I thought being Bluetooth it might have lag or have glitches but I have had no problems with my iPhone. Response time is quick which makes it perfect for tuning my fuel injection.

I had very high hopes for this product, but it's been a terrible letdown. Simple install, but PLX documentation is vague, poorly written and regarding the multigage link connections - inaccurate. troubleshooting info is absent from the website, and nobody answers the phone at PLXThe device was installed 100% correctly by a 30 year master mechanic and does not work. Not even a little bit. Display freezes at "0 Lean" or 14.6 and the app crashes constantly.A waste of money and I'll be returning it to PLX for a refund. Then I will buy a replacement wideband O2 from a company that shows actual commitment to making a useful product - and supporting customers post-saleSorry for the unflinching and hard words, but money and time are precious - and people shouldn't have to waste either.

Works well. Just as advertised. Connects quickly with my iPhone.

It works very well but needs a software update to work best with carburetors. It currently only operates in real time and with a carburetor causes too much variation in the instantaneous readings. I have been told that a software update is in the making to allow samples to be taken and averaged. This will make the tool perfect for my needs. Once this happens it will be a 5 star buy.

Purchased mine direct from PLX but wanted to share my experience. The AFR with multilink works well but my unit failed within a few months. Dealing with PLX tech support absolutely sucks. It was very clear that my unit had failed but they insisted on over a week of back and forth, having me run one test after another to determine it failed. The amount of both my and their time spent in coming to this conclusion would have paid for multiple new devices. Once they finally agreed that the unit needed to be returned for repair they gave me an RMA# and said the repair would take 5-7 days and then it would be returned to me. After nearly 3 weeks I received an invoice for $99.95. When I asked why I got an invoice and why this wasn't covered under warranty, they went silent. Still waiting for a reply. I'd like to hope this isn't the typical experience for their customers but they've not given any indication that this is not their normal mode of operation. As a result, I can't/won't recommend their products to anyone.

Installation was simple!! The only issue I have may be with the app, but I am not completely sure. There seems to be a connectivity issue between the PLX's Bluetooth and the phone when you connect, disconnect, and come back a few minutes later. The phone doesn't recognize the Bluetooth even though both are trying to connect. I have to exit out of the app, sometimes twice, before they can recognize each other and connect. However, one connected I have seen ZERO issues with the app/Bluetooth connectivity.

I'd like to give this 5 stars but have to ding PLX for a setup issue. Location is required on your android device in order for the app to work correctly. The instructions are for hardware connectivity and don't cover running the app, no mention there for phone or tablet location turned on. The app software isn't written so that it asks or reminds you about turning on the location setting. For those of us that only turn on location when absolutely necessary you will need to remember to do that or try the support team and spend more time settling up. Not sure why my AFR data from my wideband sensor needs to know where we are. Ridiculous in my opinion.

I will give this product a 5 because it dose what is intended. Ok now for the hard part. The 02 sensor has to be hot before it'll connect. Meaning if the car is off the o2 sensor will heat itself by connecting. So wate 1 minute kill the application then it'll disconnect. Then try to reconnect it. I done all this with a 12v drill battery. Or start the car let it run after installed it should do it with in 15 seconds. O2 sensors are like little heaters the have to warm up before this will work.

I have one SM-AFR sensor module with Multi-Link. I have two O2 sensors, one each bank of cylinders. The IOS app connects reliably, and gives O2 readings while I drive. Since I can only read one sensor at a time, I will tune one bank of cylinders, then swap sensors and tune the other bank. This does everything I want it too.

EL producto es muy bueno, se instala muy fácil y la sonda va muy bien. El problema es de la aplicación que se cuelga a veces, otras no conecta y en coches carburados oscila un poco pero eso es normal.Edito a 1 estrella pues ha dejado de funcionar, es imposible conectarlo y he probado en 2 smartphone distintos y nada. Parece que he tirado el dinero 😔Deberían mejorar la aplicación para evitar que se quedara congelada a veces.......

Contrairement à ce qui a été écrit sur d'autres commentaires, la société est très réactive aux demandes (un petit oubli de l'adapteur bluetooth) réponse sous 24h et envoi dans la foulée, reçu 48h après... bravo...De plus l'appli marche parfaitement contrairement à ce qui a pu être publié...Je recommande

Le système est innovant mais impossible de l utiliser avec l application et aucune réponse du vendeur suite à mes demandes.Je regrette que ce vendeur ne connaisse pas mieux le produit qu il commercialise.Lorsque je lance l appli il se connecte en bluetooth puis l appli s eteint .Dommage je l utilise avec la jauge Ronde.
