LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!
I absolutely love this product! I ordered it for our company lobby and was so pleased by how easy the assembly was and our ability to customize the sign with our personalized message and logo. Our Safety Committee was excited to be able to include this measure as a continuous improvement effort in preventing workplace injury due to wet floors caused by wet floors. Great product for your business and/or heavy traffic area.

Sent me a replacement
Had to return it. It fell apart at the first use. Very flimsy and tipsy. Do not waste your money.Edit: They sent a replacement and the new one works fine. Still a little tipsy - but did not break. We have been using it for quite a while now.

Easy to assemble
We ordered two of these to replace some old/broken stands. They were packaged very well (foam padding around all of the pieces, so no dents or scratches), and were easy to assemble (they included an Allen wrench for the one screw). I appreciated that they also came with the cute "please bag your umbrella" sign, so I didn't have to print one myself.I would warn others to watch out for some sharp metal edges or metal shavings from where the metal was cut, though I didn't cut or scrape myself since I noticed them. Some of the welds are a bit messy, but as long as everything holds together I don't mind (I only noticed them because I was assembling them, and I'm sure no one else will ever see them). I'll update my review if they don't hold up well, but for now I'm happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I love this stand. It arrived today 10.9.23 and it was easy to assemble. I am so happy. I use it in my foyer. Thank you

Tried 4 different times, either came broken or parts didn't fit
Ordered first by a different vendor under a different name but it was the same product. Arrived Broken. Returned. 2nd attempt with Brella Fella arrived Broken, returned. 3rd attempt didn't arrive broken, but parts did not fit. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another one at no charge (4th) but the TBar still would not fit with the spacer that was provided. I ended up using it without the spacer which is not ideal but at least it is functional. I just got a charge back for one of my returns saying Brella Fella did not receive it despite me returning the first two that I received. So I have now paid for two and I have one partially functional one.

Mounted Screw on sign could be better
Overall, a good product. Ordered 2. First one went together fine. On the 2nd one, the sign mount with screw on the end broke off when tightening. It could be a little more welded on to the flat sign mount so this wouldn't happen. Luckily, I knew someone who could weld the piece back on and it screwed into the pole perfectly. This is why I gave a 3 on sturdiness.
